If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or online shopping because of manufacturing defective product or damaged in transit due to faulty package, we are here to help you.
10 DAYS RETURN POLICY
Cleos.in has an option of returning the Product within 10 Days of its receipt. We would consider the following points before accepting the product back or refund.
Cleos online store makes it a priority to handle each product with care and we do everything in our power to ensure our products reach our customers in perfect condition, however we understand that mistakes happen; fragile products can get damaged in transit. We can only offer return within 10 days.
Here are the cases in which we accept returns:
Case 1: If the wrong product was sent, or if your product was damaged or defective, it will automatically qualify for a return. Cleos will pick up the item and send a brand new product replacement to you at no additional cost.
Case 2: If it appears that the package has been tampered with, you can refuse to accept the package from the delivery person, just send us an email at email@example.com
Be sure to include the order number. If you have to mail the package yourself, ensure that the original packaging and product tag is present.
Case 3: If you believe the quality of your product is poor or you don’t want the product, you must ship the product back to our warehouse:
You can cancel your current order before it has been shipped. This does not include items purchased on special sale.
Refund, if any, shall be made to the same Issuing Bank/card from which the Transaction Price was received.
Refunds for Cash on Delivery transactions will be made via a demand draft in favor of the Buyer.
For e-payments, refund shall be made using NEFT or any net banking transfer system approved by Reserve Bank India.
Refund shall be conditional and shall be with recourse available to Cleos in case of any misuse by the buyer. Refund shall be subject to buyer complying with Policies.
In case you have received a damaged or defective product, you need to inform us within 24 hours for a replacement request. You need not pay the extra cost incurred in this return process. However, it is subject to the availability of the stock. In case we are not able to replace your product within stipulated time, you will receive a full transaction amount from our side in the form of a store Credit. For any further clarifications, you may always contact our customer care services.
Once we verify your claims, Cleos will issue the store credits. Please note that the product must be shipped in the same state it was received, unused.
If you plan to return an item to Cleos, please make sure to contact us within 10 business days of the delivery date.
